element architectural lighting design

As a design principal, Emily Bynum brings creative artistry and technical capabilities to focus, composing conceptual vision with practical implementation.  Graduating with a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado, a school renowned for its lighting design curriculum, she gained experience in Los Angeles, CA, working for industry leaders.  Her product and material knowledge has been enhanced through her participation in publishing lighting design guides and the creation of web based search and specification tool.  She contributes to the lighting community as a teaching assistant at the University of Colorado's illumination program.
